SUGGESTED — USE: SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Always drink 8 oz to 12 oz of water immediately after taking Therm-O™. Initially, take 1⁄2 capful (15 ml) to determine your response to the Therm-O™. If desired, increase up to one capful (30 ml). Taking late in the day may interrupt sleep. Do not exceed more than three capfuls daily, taken several hours apart. Do not use more than five days weekly. Taking more than recommended amount will not improve results. Store in refrigerator after opening.

Contact a physician immediately if you experience any adverse reaction to this product. CAFFEINE PRECAUTIONS: Do not use Therm-O™ if you are sensitive to the effects of caffeine. Limit the use of caffeine-containing and other stimulant products while taking Therm-O™. One capful of Therm-O™ contains 54 mg of caffeine from Guarana and Kola Nut (about as much caffeine as in 1⁄2 cup of coffee). KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
